About Our Caregivers
Each of our Caregivers is personally interviewed by our management team, carefully screened before hire. Their training, certification/license, compulsory background information and criminal records are carefully checked before hire.
They are:
- Trained and State Certified/Licensed Nursing Care Assistants (CNAs) or Privately trained Companions/Sitters Caregivers;
- They must have CPR/First Aid training and be certified;
- They are individually carefully interviewed before hire;
- They must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- They must be experienced, compassionate Caregivers;
- Their work background and criminal background records are checked at hire, and yearly re-checked afterwards;
- Their work References are called and verified;
- Their driving license and auto insurance records are checked;
- They are screened for illegal drug, and randomly if need be;
- They must be free of communicable/infectious TB disease;
- They receive an in-office training and orientation on our company policy before work/client assignment;
- They are covered by General & Professional Liability Insurance;
- They are provided with continued training/education through quarterly In-Service Program for all the Caregivers;
- They receive annual physicals and evaluations.
- They are supervised by the RN Service Supervisor;

And our RN Service Coordinator will first schedule a visit to you to work with you for the list of services you need, and sign a service agreement. And then we shall send you our trained, skilled, experienced caregiver professional (CNA) who will pleasantly render to you the care services you need.
